Juno Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

Juno is operated by DoMovon Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 16969775, with its registered office at 25 Seagrove Close, Hampton Beach, Peterborough, PE7 8XS, United Kingdom.

Who Juno is for

Juno is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Some tasks, such as school runs and short-term nanny cover, involve children as the people being helped, but children are never users of the app themselves and never create an account.

What we collect

We collect the following information directly from you:

Why we collect it

We use this information to operate the app itself, to create and manage your account, to process payments, to match requesters with helpers, and, for identity and DBS information specifically, for safety and compliance purposes given the nature of tasks involving children. We do not use any of this information for advertising, and Juno does not currently show ads or use advertising or analytics tracking of any kind.

Who we share it with

We share payment-related information with Stripe, our payment processor, solely so they can process payments and payouts on our behalf, under Stripe's own privacy terms. We do not sell or share your personal information with any other company, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing.

A Right to Work share code you provide is checked against the UK government's own official verification service. Juno does not send your data to the government as a form of sharing your data with a third party for their own purposes — this is a verification you are already choosing to make available, using a code you generated yourself.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. Task and payment records are kept for longer, as required for legitimate accounting and legal purposes, but if you delete your account, your name, email, phone number, and other personal details are removed from those records, so they are no longer linked to you personally.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time, either from within the app under Settings, or using our public deletion page at juno-backend-0fwn.onrender.com/delete-account. If you have a task actively in progress, deletion completes automatically as soon as that task is finished, rather than immediately.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Security

All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit.
